Man City to rule out two new signings for the Champions League

Thus, Pep Guardiola will have to rule out 2 of those 5 players. More than rule them out, not register them. Considering that Marmoush and Kushanov have already played and that Nico has arrived to take Rodri's place, the bet seems clear.
