Luis Suarez angry again after being substituted

Luis Suarez does not like being substituted, but he has been replaced several times since joining Atletico Madrid. He has never hidden his anger and he has always looked serious or a sarcastic smile when he has been taken off. 

In a Champions League game versus Leipzig last October, he was very unhappy with the coach before picking up his coat and going to his seat. In the last 16 of the same competition, he laughed sarcastically after his number went up on the board against Chelsea. 

And in the La Liga meeting with Elche, he was also annoyed. When Atletico were 0-1 up in the 82nd minute, Simeone brought on Saul for him and he did not seem to like the decision. 

'Movistar' pictures showed his anger. He looked very serious and after high fiving his teammates, he still had a face on. That continued after he put his mask on.
