Leicester City and Liverpool are both eyeing up a move to sign Southampton striker Shane Long this summer, according to The Independent.
The striker has scored 13 goals in 32 appearances this past season, and played a crucial role in taking Southampton to a top-6 finish and into the Europa League.
The Foxes who had a miraculous season winning the league are now looking to strengthen their attack to try and defend their title as well as trying to get as far as possible in their first ever Champions League campaign. Liverpool on the other hand are said to be interested in the strikers physical game, and see him as an ideal replacement for the out-of-favour Christian Benteke.
However,it is believed that a bid of at least £25 million will be needed to persuade the Saints to part with the striker.
