Matt Bloomfield had a double first on Saturday after he scored his first goal for the Wycombe Wanderers this season and he broke his arm during the game and continued playing despite suffering the injury.
Wycombe were 1-0 down at York when Bloomfield got the call to go on. He managed to dive at the ball and head it in for the equaliser shortly after.
It was only when he was midway through the goal celebration that he realised that his arm was in a lot of pain. He was forced to play on despite the pain after the his squad had used all of their substitutes.
He told the BBC, "I just had to grit my teeth and get on with it.
"I was so relieved when the referee blew the final whistle and I could not wait to get off the pitch."
