Niko Kovac is currently having a great season with Monaco, where he arrived following his departure through the back door of Bayern Munich. The Croat feels like he did when he was at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he was successful, and he has attributed his sucesses to the way in which they do things at the club.
"Here signings are made with a close colaboration from various parties. Me and Paul Mitchell, the member dedicated to signings, constantly speak with each other", he explained.
"We look at players that interest us and which we want to sign and all clubs should work like this," Kovac advised, slipping in that Bayern don't work in this manner, rather the opposite.
"This process work in the opposite way in Munich. Here is more similar to what they had at Frankfurt and it's what you look for when you're a coach. You want to be a part of the signings of the club", he added whilst speaking to 'Sport Bild'.
The manager concluded being surprised by the doubts surrouding the work of Hans Flick at Bayern. "It's incredible that there's even debates about Flick with everything he's achieved".
