Liverpool have one eye on the Premier League and another on the Champions League knock-out game against Real Madrid. Jurgen Klopp is aware of the importance of the game against the 'Meregues'.
In Thursday's training session, the German coach got up to four players back, who were back to training with the rest of their teammates. These players were none other than Virgil Van Dijk, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Arthur Melo.
There are just 12 days to go until going up against Real Madrid and key Reds players getting back from injury could prove to be fundamental in the fight to be in the next round of the main European compeition.
With regards to the Dutch defender, Van Dijk was out for a month because of a muscle problem, while Jota hasn't played since last October due to a calf issue.
As for the domestic competition, the Liverpudlian side host Everton on Monday, which will be the 'Merseyside Derby'. The home side are 10th in the table while the visitors are third from bottom. This game will end the Premier League matchday 23.
