It's first against second in the Serie A as Cristiano Ronaldo searches for his first Serie A goal - life in Italy is proving tough for the Portuguese.
TEAM NEWS:
Juventus: Massimiliano Allegri will have a near-full squad available for the fixture, with defender Andrea Barzagli the only player sidelined with injury - the Italian is still expected to be fit for Juve's Champions League opener against Valencia on Wednesday.
Sassuolo: Roberto De Zerbi's side, based in Modena, also have just one doubt for the game, with full-back Federico Peluso sidelined with injury.
Allegri: "This is where the seasons starts in earnest. Our first objectives are to qualify from our Champions League group and lead the way in the league in order to be fighting on all fronts come March. We have great squad depth and there’ll be opportunities for everyone to play their part across the campaign. Whoever played twice for their national teams during the past week will not start against Sassuolo, with the only exception being that of Blaise Matuidi. Roberto De Zerbi is a young and talented manager. His teams play good football and this Sassuolo side are brimming with enthusiasm, have good players and the manager knows how to get the best out of them."
De Zerbi: "We go to Turin to play the game with courage and to try to return with some points, as always."
