Paul Pogba's name has returned to our screens recently after his nod towards Real Madrid. The French footballer could leave Manchester United in the summer and head to the Bernabeu, but not if Juventus have anything to do with it.

We are edging closer and closer to the end of the season and rumours are flying round all over the place relating to possible transfers during the summer market. In Madrid's case, various names have been linked with a move, such as Rabiot, Dybala, Kante and Pogba...

Specifically, the United player is the most recent name to be added to the list of potential future signings for Zidane's new team, after statements in which he claimed that "Madrid is a dream, especially with Zidane".

His words sparked all sorts of speculation which the Frenchman tried to dispel just 24 hours later: "Barcelona is one of the best teams in the world". In saying this, the Frenchmen reversed any sort of chatter that had been rumoured previously.

Now Juventus has joined the fight for his signing, according to 'AS'. It indicated that the Italian club has become Madrid's number one enemy in trying to sign the Frenchman.

We cannot forget that Pogba left the 'Vecchia Signora' and headed to United, considering it a necessary move for his career. The Red Devils had to pay 120 million euros for him, one of the biggest transfer fees of summer 2016.

To make matters worse, the midfielder has one of the highest salaries of the club, and the Premier League : 16 million a year, another big problem for whoever wants to sign him. Although, the idea of Pogba playing with Cristiano Ronaldo is very exciting.
