Raphinha was substituted after 87 minutes in the goalless draw against Getafe. Before sitting down with his team-mates, the Brazilian winger showed his anger, shouted at one of Xavi's assistants and punched the bench.
After the match, the Barcelona player spoke to 'DAZN' and explained why he was so angry. He also spoke about how the game went and considered that now they will have to "change their mindset" for the rest of La Liga.
"The last time I got angry I said I would try not to let it happen again. It's difficult because you like to be on the pitch and help the team win. We needed a goal to get the win," said the Brazilian.
And in the same vein, he explained: "Anger is something normal in the match. It's annoying to go off but we have to keep working. There are times when we have to know that there is a team-mate ready to come on and help the team as well".
Regarding the match, he said: "We don't like the result, but we mustn't get our heads down either. We're still getting points, it's a point that could be important at the end of the day. Of course we want to score and win, but it's tough games like this one.
"It was difficult, the pitch was dry, the opponents were a very good team. We were a bit unlucky but the important thing is that we are still winning. There are nine games left and we have to win as many points as possible. It was a shame but we have to change our mindset but next weekend we have another crucial match for us," Raphinha concluded.
