Inter to miss Lautaro until Milan derby, Dumfries a doubt for Bayern UCL clash

The two 'Nerazzurri' players were withdrawn from their respective national sides to return to Milan after just before the March international break.
Denzel Dumfries picked up a hamstring sprain during Inter's Serie A clash with Atalanta, while Lautaro Martinez sustained a flexor pain ahead of Argentina's World Cup qualifier against Uruguay.
Scans were carried out on the two players to assess the extent of their damage, with results handing head coach Simone Inzaghi some worrying news ahead of an important month for the reigning Italian champions.
According to 'Sky Sport', the Dutchman is expected to be ruled out for longer than Inter captain Martinez, who will miss the fixture against Udinese but is eyeing a return against AC Milan in the Coppa Italia (April 2) or Parma (April 5).
Meanwhile, Dumfries will remain unavailable for all the matches mentioned above, with the same source reporting he will have to race to recover in time for the Champions League quarter-final first-leg at Bayern Munich on April 8.
This means that for the Serie A fixture against Udinese, Inzaghi will be without five players in total, with suspended centre-back Bastoni and injured duo Zielinski and De Vrij also sidelined.
Nevertheless, there is also a piece of good news for the former Lazio manager as full-backs Dimarco, Darmian and Zalewski have all recovered from their respective blows.
Frenchman Marcus Thuram has also been able to fully recover from a recurring issue on his right ankle after 'Les Blues' boss Didier Deschamps let him rest over the international break.
