Inter Milan are working to give a jump of quality to the squad and one of the areas to reinforce is left back. Aleksander Kolarov already arrived, but Antonio Conte wants more and his two preferred options for the spot are at Chelsea.
During the last few months, both Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso have been linked with Inter. And out of them, 'Corriere della Sera' assures on Sunday that the closest to Inter is the Spaniard.
The competition for Emerson is high. 'SportMediaset' say that Napoli have decided to launch for the signing of the ex-Roma player. Chelsea have to balance the books after digging into their pockets for players such as Werner and Havertz and are considering his exit.
It happens that they won't let him leave at any price and the Blues have reportedly valued Emerson at 30 million euros. A prohibitive amount considering that there are more priority areas to spend on.
Meanwhile, Marcos Alonso seems like a more economical option for Inter Milan, who are also negotiating with Chelsea for N'Golo Kanté.
