Deco spoke to Cadena SER's 'Què t'hi Jugues' on Wednesday. Among other topics, the Barcelona sporting director explained the sale of the commission for the signing of Raphinha to an investment fund.
"In June I rescinded the contract with Raphinha. I agreed a commission with Barca and that's it. When I made the decision to come, we couldn't have any relationship of continuing to get paid. I sold him to an investment fund and this fund gets paid".
Deco settled the matter: "I had an agreement with Barca. I sell this and they'll sort it out. I have no problem saying that I have been paid for things I have worked on. If it's a problem for 'compliance' that I have open companies, I won't close them, I won't do it".
"I am not leaving anything. If I'm working I have to leave as a manager, but I didn't leave as a partner. And I won't do it because it's nothing illegal. If I wanted to hide something I would have done it better, because the documents are public," he said.
