Despite what has happened in recent days with the UEFA ban all the subsequent rumours, Man City are working ahead of the Champions League match next week.
The European competition is the club's main aim this season as they are miles off the race in the Premier League. They are finally looking to win the European trophy.
Bernardo Silva has spoken about the tie with Real Madrid on 'Eleven Sports' and also praised his coach Pep Guardiola.
"I learnt a lot from all the coaches I had, but Pep is special and different in the way in which he tackles the game and how close he is when he watches training. For me, it's a pleasure to learn from him every day," the Portuguese said.
The ex-Monaco man admitted that winning the Champions League is in everyone's mind, but he warned that it is always difficult as only one team can win it.
"The president, the owner of the club, the CEO... they all want to win the Champions League. Pep has already done it and he wants to win it with Manchester City, but many clubs are looking to do the same and it's not easy."
To conclude, Bernardo Silva was honest about what had happened in recent years in the competition: "We have the responsibility of doing better than what we have done in recent years."
