Pep Guardiola's Manchester City can go down in the Premier League history books if they win their remaining game of the season, as they would be crowned champions for the fourth consecutive time, something no club in the English top flight has ever achieved in history.
City will be pushed to their limit in the next two weeks as they aim to defend the Premier League and FA Cup. But Guardiola's men have proven their ability to be relentless on the title run-in and will expect to win the league now with a comfortable clash against West Ham ahead.

Arsenal - 86 points (+61)
Arsenal are seeking revenge on Manchester City, who snatched the Premier League title from them last season after a late slump by the Gunners, who were top of the domestic standings for much of last season.
Arteta's side were tipped to be crowned champions this season but a heavy defeat to Aston Villa handed the top spot to the Cityzens. However, recent victories over Bournemouth and Manchester United are proof that the Emirates Stadium outfit will push all the way to the end to spoil the Sky Blues' party.
