The Serie A disciplinary tribunal announced on Thursday the ban and fine for Ivan Juric, Hellas Verona manager who was sent off on Wednesday in the 2-1 defeat against Roma for insulting the referee and linesman.
Namely, the 44-year-old Croatian manager has been banned for a match and will have to pay 15,000 euros as the tribunal communicated.
"He addressed the referee with disrespectful comments, as well as exclaiming offensive phrases towards the linesman", the statement said.
The action took place in the tenth minute of the match when Juric protested vehemently after a penalty in favour of Roma which Veretout converted to make it 1-0.
