Haaland or Lewandowski, where do Barca find the money?

Summer is just around the corner and the team at the Camp Nou are conscious that they need to bolster their attack ahead of the 2022/23 season. The club have highlighted this as their main objective for the upcoming transfer window.
'Los Azulgranas' have honed in on two main targets: Erling Haaland, of Borussia Dortmund, and Robert Lewandowski, of Bayern Munich. Different players, same problem: money.
Barcelona are conscious of the fact that bringing in any of the two players is not going to be a cheap operation. Because of this, the club president, Joan Laporta, is working hard to find the finances to make one of the signings a reality.
The club would have the finances for a signing should it reach an agreement with the CVC investment fund. However, at this moment in time, no deal has been made. 'AS' points out that without said investment, Barca's transfer dream will not be made a reality.
Even if Barca do reach an agreement with CVC, the club will have to tighten its finances in other departments, especially concerning its wage bill.
Barcelona have looked at the facts and it is clear to them that Erling Haaland will come at a cost of around 250 million euros. This includes his transfer fee and salary, as well as the commission paid to his agent, Mino Raiola. The other option, and perhaps more achievable should Barca gain the finances from CVC, is Robert Lewandowski. His arrival would come at an estimated cost of 60 million euros.
The cited source also reports that although the two aforementioned players are Barca's favourites, the club is considering other options. 'Los Azulgranas' are fans of Darwin Nunez. However, he would come at a cost higher than that of Lewandowski's as Benfica value their player between 75 and 100 million euros. Leao is another perfect option for Joan Laporta. The AC Milan forward would cost around 50 million euros.
Gabriel Jesus would be another cheaper option for Barcelona. However, his arrival would be conditional. Manchester City will let their player leave for around 30 million should they sign Erling Haaland. Taking into account the fact that the Norwegian is Barca's favourite, this option would not run too comfortably with the club, but it is most certainly feasible. Pep Guardiola's team are currently the ones making the most serious push for snatching Haaland from Dortmund.
