Gold Cup review 28th July

The Gold Cup has reached the semi-final stages. In Austin, USA will take on Felix Sanchez's Qatar. The AFC side would become the first invited team from outside South America to make the Gold Cup final if they were to beat the hosts. In Houston, Mexico take on Canada, who comfortably got past Costa Rica in the quarter-finals. The two winners meet in the final in Las Vegas. In other news, Costa Rica coach Luis Fernando Suarez said his team are looking ahead to World Cup qualification after losing to Canada in the semi-final.
