Huesca visit the Bernabeu on March 31st to face a Real Madrid that will play their second match after Zidane's return.
For that reason, Los Blancos will go out hard in front of their fans, something that does not frighten the experienced defender of Huesca Jorge Pulido, who knows very well how Madrid works thanks to his time there in the 2013-14 season.
That's why Pulido has the key to be able to defeat Madrid: "They only have to be regular or bad and we have to do very well. There are eleven players plus the changes that are world class, if they have a bad day you have to take advantage of it. We'll have to do everything right, everything super correct and hope they don't have a good day".
He also added: "Maybe it's not the Madrid we're used to, maybe that mentality can also help us".
As for his time in Real Madrid's reserve team, he said: "It was complicated. I went with the excitement of playing, Toril took me on. He called me every day to go with him and told me I was going to play everything. I don't know if they threw him out in the tenth game... My biggest supporter left and I didn't play most of the year, so it was complicated".
Pulido moved to La Liga at the age of 21 when he signed for Atletico Madrid before moving to Real Madrid, when he was just 22: "These are situations that occur in football, you're young and have ambition to play. Toril convinced me to go, but in the end things don't always go the way you want. Maybe today I wouldn't have made the decision to go, because I'm from Atlético...".
He added: "I had another year's contract with Real Madrid but on 1 September I was told that I would not continue. On September 1 you're out of the team and you can't sign with anyone unless there's a long-term injury. I went to Albacete and I had two good years, then I went to Belgium to gain experience and it was good, but I got the call from Huesca, I had a plan, I played it coming here and as I said, maybe the decision to go to Madrid was the worst of my life, coming to Huesca has been the best".
