'Globoesporte': Lodi tests positive for coronavirus

'Globoesporte' reports that one of the two footballers to have tested positive for COVID-19 is Atletico's Renan Lodi.

Atletico, following LaLiga's recommendations, have not revealed the identity of the person affected. However, the news seems to have been leaked to the Brazilian press. 

Renan Lodi arrived at Atletico Madrid last summer from Athletico Paranaense, would be one of the two footballers in La Liga to have tested positive. 'Marca' says that he is asymptomatic, but despite all that, he has been put in quarantine at home. 

'AS' reports that in the middle of the March, the Brazilian footballer showed symptoms of the disease. Lodi told the club and they followed the relevant protocol.

The left back feels well, although he has a bit bunged up, 'AS' says. He will have to stay in his home for the next 10 days. His close family have also had to be tested.
