Karim Benzema wasn't the only one missing from France's training session this Thursday. The Real Madrid striker is currently nursing a knee injury, although it is expected that he will he will return to training with the group in time for France's opener against Germany.
Antoine Griezmann joined the Madrid man on the sidelines, as he didn't make an appearance in Thursday's training. According to information published by Loic Tanzi, journalist for 'RMC Sport', the Barca player didn't feature in the session due to problems with his left leg.
However, this is a knock from which he could easily recover in 24 to 72 hours. For that reason, France are still optimistic that the forward will have be able to feature against the Germans in five days time.
Worries have also been placed on Lucas Hernandez. 'L'Equipe' report that the Bayern Munich full-back did start training with the group, but was forced off early. At the moment, the reason for his withdrawal is unknown.
