Davy Klaassen's miserable spell at Everton will come to an end on Friday when he signs a four year contract at Werder Bremen. Klaassen flew to Germany on Thursday night for his medical.
The former Ajax captain only arrived at Goodison Park last season, however after a string of inconsistent performances and the departure of Ronald Koeman Klaassen struggled to cement his place in the squad.
Everton are set to make a £10m loss, as Koeman paid £23m for him - whereas the club will now let him go for only £13m.
Klaassen, 25, started just three Premier League games for Everton and new boss Marco Silva deems the Dutch international surplus to requirements.
Werder Bremen finished 11th in the Bundesliga last season.
