Fredi Bobic highlighted the opportunity Jovic had been presented with: "You have the possibility to join one of the best European clubs and win there the most important titles which exist, without mentioning the difference in salary. It's a great opportunity for him."
Jovic went to the Santiago Bernabeu for 60 million euros plus bonuses. An amount which is much more than the 16 that Eintracht Frankfurt paid Benfica beforehand.
The Bosnian, one of the strikers with the brightest future in Europe, was the top scorer for his team last season and is confident of making the step up in his career.
