Dortmund don't want Mkhitaryan back

It's not a secret that Henrikh Mkhitaryan isn't one of Jose Mourinho's favourite players. The Armenian arrived this summer for €42 million from Borussia Dortmund but played just 104 minutes in four Premier League games.
He struggled at the beginning due to an injury but since he has recovered he didn't get much playing time. He's been linked with leaving United in January. Which club could he join? Will Dortmund re-sign him?
Borussia Dortmund are known for taking their players back (Gotze, Kagawa, Sahin) but they've ruled out to welcome the Armenian another time. The reason? Mkhitaryan's agent Mino Raiola accused the club of bad management
Hans-Joachim Watzke said: "Any intelligent player should consider in advance what kind of environment they are moving to. When you are playing in surroundings where things are working for you, like in Dortmund, then it is quite strange to give that away again once things have finally started to work out for you after a long time settling in".
