The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has already brought out the world's best goalkeeper and its ideal team for 2020, so now it's the turn of the player who best creates in the game.
The footballer who has been recognised is Kevin De Bruyne, the Belgian from Manchester City who has not ceased to impress with his quality, vision, power and continuity throughout these seasons.
The player has surpassed Leo Messi, as the Argentinean won it last year and will be named the best playmaker in the world until the next edition of the award.
The Manchester City player had a vote of 175 points, while Leo Messi got 100, as indicated by the 'AS'.
"He has won the trophy thanks to his intelligence, technical ability, consistency and determination. This was accompanied by high level performances with Manchester City and Belgium," explained the IFFHS.
