Danny Makkelie to referee Bayern v Barcelona

Dutch referee Danny Makkelie has been appointed to officiate Tuesday's clash between Bayern Munich and Barcelona while Michael Oliver will do the Bayer Leverkusen against Atletico Madrid fixture.
Makkelie, a Dutch policeman, is 39 years old and was born in Willemstad (Curacao). Hessel Steegstra and Jan de Vries are the assistant referees while Dutchman Pol van Boekel and Pole Tomasz Kwiatowski are the VARs.
The referee took charge of many matches last season including Real Madrid's 3-1 victory over PSG at the Bernabeu in a Champions League last 16 second leg.
English referee Michael Oliver has been appointed to the game between Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid. His compatriots Stuart Burt and Simon Bennett will run the line while Chris Kavanagh and Stuart Attwell are in charge of VAR.
Oliver took charge of the UEFA Super Cup between Real Madrid and Eintracht Frankfurt on 10th August which the Spanish side won 2-0.
The 37 year-old English referee has been on the international list since 2012 and is one of the 36 referees selected by FIFA for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
