Cristiano Ronaldo to sign for Al-Nassr until 2025 before end of year

Cristiano Ronaldo's career in top European leagues is coming to an end. After controversially leaving Man Utd and playing in the World Cup as a free agent, everything seems to suggest that he is going to sign for Saudi Arabia's Al Nassr. According to 'Marca', the club are expecting him to go to the club's facilities before the end of year so that he can sign a two and a half year contract. It would run until June 2025.
This has been speculated about in the press for some days, but the interesting thing will be to see the exact terms of the contract. There are reports he will earn 200 million euros a season, which would mean a total of 500 million across his whole contract.
On the pitch, the Portuguese will no longer to be able to win big things as his best days are behind him, but he can keep on playing at least. The days of him winning three consecutive Champions Leagues with Real Madrid, fightbacks against Wolfsburg and Atletico Madrid and his first spell at Man Utd will certainly not be repeated.
Cristiano Ronaldo left professional football in Europe on a sour note. As well as falling out with Man Utd, he could not enjoy the World Cup as much as he would have liked. He was dropped to the bench for the knockout stages and his wife and her sisters slammed coach Fernando Santos for not playing him more. To make things worse, the person he is always compared to, Lionel Messi, won the tournament.
