"Choosing Milan was easy, it's not like I had 15 clubs interested in me".

He finished his contract with Chelsea and signed as a free agent for AC Milan. Giroud played for ten years in the Premier League and left to try luck in a new country. He recently claimed that joining the 7-times-Champions League winners wasn't a difficult choice.

When questioned why Milan, Giroud explained his reasons. "For me signing with Milan was something obvious to do", claimed the Frenchman for the site 'Fichajes'. 

The surprising bit was what came after that, "It's not like I had 15 clubs interested in signing me" said Giroud.
