TEAM NEWS
Chelsea
N'Golo Kante is a definite absentee for Chelsea since sustaining a hamstring injury at the weekend. Kovacic will likely replace him and Ruben Loftus-Cheek could start over Ross Barkley. Willian and Giroud could regain starting positions due to their performances in the first-leg. Marcos Alonso could drop to the bench in favour of Emerson Palmieri.
Eintracht Frankfurt
Frankfurt will welcome back Rebic, meaning that Mijat Gacinovic could drop to the bench. Sebastien Haller is out of contention with a stomach injury but otherwise, Frankfurt are at full strength.
MANAGERS' THOUGHTS
Maurizio Sarri
"It’s not easy because we have to play a dangerous team, as we saw in the first leg,. They are dynamic, aggressive and dangerous in the offensive phase, especially when they find space in counter-attacks, so it’s a dangerous match.
"Now we have to play in another competition so our next target is to reach the final and then to win the final because our feeling is we deserve a trophy.
"We’ve started our work – we had a lot of problems but in the end the work is going in the right direction."
Adi Hutter
"We are like Ajax in the Champions League, nobody expected us to be in the semi-finals ahead of the season.
"It has been a long, hard road to get here, and the fans have given us incredible support."
