Chelsea come to agreement with Nainggolan
This summer the Belgium international Radja Nainggolan will be leaving Roma and moving to Stamford Bridge.
Nainggolan has verbally agreed to a £28 million five-year deal with the Premier League champions.
Roma's representatives told Goal, "I know there is a Chelsea interest in Nainggloan but he is our player and we are happy with him, we cannot speak about the transfer market at this time."
