The Catalan club had gone 78 La Liga matches without conceding a penalty but that ended in their game against Las Palmas on Thursday.
It was unclear initially what the referee gave the penalty for, with disputes over a handball by Lucas Digne and also a possible pull-back from Sergio Roberto on Matias Aguirregaray, but both looked soft.
However, it was given and Calleri made no mistake of the finish, lifting it into the roof of the net and past a formidable Marc-Andre Ter Stegen to bring the home side level, cancelling out a brilliant free-kick from Lionel Messi in the first half.
