Barcelona's measures to tie Ansu Fati down

Despite being only 17, Ansu Fati is one of the emerging talents on world football. The Spanish player has his sights set on a promising future.

Barça knows that there are clubs after him and are determined to get to work. Newspaper 'Sport' points to Barcelona's new contract for the player in today's cover. 

The player's clause would be there to make sure he can be safe from teams who have shown interest, such as Manchester United, who have been keeping a close eye and even tried to sign him for 100 million. 

The source points out that  Barça, as a protection measure, will try to make him sign a professional contract as soon as possible (once he turns 18 years old), as well as give him a permanent number and make sure his buyout clause remains high. 

In fact, it will go from 170 million to 300 million in just a short period of time. On December 4, 2019, Ansu Fati renewed his contract until June 30, 2022, and his salary conditions improved, as well as his clause was increased.

The player has the future in his hands.
