Barca confident that Chelsea come to their senses with duo

At Stamford Bridge, it has not gone down at all well that Barca have beat them to Kounde. The Blues were willing to offer Sevilla 65 million for the Frenchman, but the player preferred Barcelona and waited until an offer came along. There is reportedly already an agreement in principle for the player to go to the Catalan capital.
Missing out on Kounde could see Chelsea make it more difficult for Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso to leave. That is at least what the 'Daily Star' reported. The English paper recently wrote that the Chelsea board were thinking of preventing Barca from signing their two big targets in defence for this summer out of revenge for getting the Sevilla central defender.
'Sport' believes that Chelsea are not going to have any other option but give in. According to the Catalan paper, the club will get down to work to try and complete the signings of Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso. Amid the fear of losing both for nothing in a year's time, the source explains that they will listen to Barcelona's proposal.
Both full-backs have reportedly said yes to Barca. The Catalans just need to do the most difficult thing and that is persuade Chelsea. The Barca board are very clear that they are not going to spend crazily on either of the two. They will pay between 10 and 15 million euros for Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso at the most.
Barca are aware that negotiations will be tough because Chelsea, after what happened with Kounde, will not make it easy at all. 'Sport' reports that the fact that the Premier League starts in just over a week's time could help the Catalans because Tuchel needs to know as soon as possible what squad he will have for then.
