"At 35 I thought that I would be fishing in Madeira"

On the occasion of his 35th birthday, Cristiano Ronaldo conducted an interview with the Portuguese media 'Canal 11', in which he had a looked back on the past and also about his current form at Juventus.
"What was he planning to do at 35? That I was going to be fishing in Madeira. That never crossed my mind. I wanted to be a professional player, but I never thought I would win everything I won", the Portuguese forward explained.
Cristiano Ronaldo's ambition is unreachable and despite already winning 5 Champions League titles, he wants his 6th: "Playing at Juventus gives me the chance to win it again".
"We know it's difficult, that it depends on many factors, but it's possible because we have a good team. We have to take it one step at a time", a CR7 focused as much as possible on all the season's objectives pointed out.
Looking back on his best performances, the Portuguese star spoke about the bicycle kick he scored for Real Madrid, precisely against Juventus: "It's not easy. There are many of them and it's difficult to keep one. The bicycle kick goal was the most difficult of all".
Ronaldo's birthday was special. Many friends and ex-teammates wished him well on social media, such as the case of Marcelo. His partner Georgina also got him a very special gift.
