Marcus Thuram is one of those players which will be talked about a lot from January. He is under contract until June 2023 with Borussia Monchengladbach, and the Frenchman reportedly has the power in his hands and his desire is supposedly to leave the German side.
According to 'The Sun', the club which is after him the most is Arsenal. Mikel Arteta loves the striker's attacking capabilities and the possibilty to play anywhere in attack.
The journalist who specialises in transfers Fabrizio Romano also gave his opinion on Thuram: "I think there'll be a lot of rumours around him. He's a good player and he'll maybe be a free agent in the summer. I've been told that he could leave on a free, which will mean he will consider all the options in the next few months".
It is still to be known what the German side will want to do with the striker. Their options are to negotiate with some of the hopefuls over a cheap deal, just so that he does not leave on a free, or get him out of the club if he rejects a new contract.
