Ancelotti on Ronaldo: "How can someone who scores one goal per clash be considered a problem?"

Carlo Ancelotti spoke to 'Il Corriere dello Sport' during the World Cup break. As well as talking about Benzema and his injury and giving his opinion on Spain's role in the World Cup, the Madrid manager defended Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to 'Record', the Portugal striker threatened to leave the training camp when he found out that he was not going to play against Switzerland. However, the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) on Thursday denied Cristiano Ronaldo threatened to abandon the World Cup squad.
Ancelotti said that Ronaldo never gave him a headache when he coached him at Madrid: "I've coached him for two years and I've had no problems. In fact, he solved them for me.
"Can someone who scores at least one goal per match be considered a problem? Cristiano trains very well, everything was easy for me to manage. He is an exceptional player," the coach added.
"He played 100 clashes and scored more than 100 goals with me. Someone who scores 50 goals every year can only be good for the team," Ancelotti concluded.
