Pochettino's side travel to Catalunya on Tuesday, knowing that only a win would see them have a fighting chance of qualifyng for this year's Champions League knockout stages.
Qualification could also be achieved if 'Spurs' match the result of Inter Milan; their rivals for second place in Group B, who play host to PSV Eindhoven that same evening.
Midfielder Dele Alii scored his 50th Tottenham goal at the weekend, and, after his team failed to win any of their opening three group games, he feels a victory away from home would be one of the team's greatest achievements.
He told 'Sky Sports' : "It would definitely be up there. They are one of the best teams in the world, they've got some great players and as a kid you dream about playing at the Nou Camp and we're going to go there and give it our best shot."
Alli also confirmed that he will be fit for the clash, despite suffering from a cold this past week. He added: "I've had a bit of a cold but it's not too bad, a cold won't keep me out. We're ready."
He continued: "It's going to be another difficult game but they're the games you want to be a part of, playing one of the best teams in the world and some of the world's greatest players. You want to be challenging yourself and we're going there with the mentality that we can win and we have to believe. It's going to be difficult but we have to go there and give it our best."
