'Ajax were lucky; Barça could score five more against Liverpool'

Ajax threw Juventus out of the Champions League, before putting Madrid to one side, and are now on track to eliminate Tottenham... According to Allegri, they have had "some luck."
"There are times when everything goes your way. Ajax faced us and we were missing five players. They went to London and Tottenham's two star strikers [Kane and Son] didn't play," Allegri told Sky Italia.
"By this I mean Ajax are a good team, but they've been lucky to get where they are," said the Juventus coach.
He remembered the match in Turin. "We conceded the first shot in the 37th minute and it came out of nowhere. We were more afraid of defeat than we should have been. It was hard to explain," he lamented.
He cited Barcelona-Liverpool as an example. "It's very simple: Liverpool had three great chances to score, but Barcelona had four and scored three goals. Why? Because their players are of a higher level and make a difference in certain situations," he said.
"In the last 10-15 minutes, Liverpool could have conceded five goals. If you look at their faces, Liverpool couldn't handle a Champions League semi-final. It's like losing to Ajax because we conceded a goal and then the team got scared," said the Juventus coach.
Allegri praised the level of the Azulgrana team, made up of expert players: "The Barcelona players are used to that level and showed it that night, regardless of whether Liverpool played a good game or not. It's like in a race, everyone can run the first 900 metres, but very few can run the last 100 metres.
