A crisis market for everyone except RM, City and PSG

The pandemic caused by the coronavirus is continuing to hit people and football clubs hard. More and more teams are taking action to try and relieve the economic strain. 

Barcelona, one of the biggest teams in Europe, decided to make staff temporarily redundant, something which other teams like Atletico Madrid have also done.

The clubs will face major economic losses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the transfer market will be affected since sides will have to spend less.

A crisis hit transfer window is expected, but not for everyone. 'AS' says that Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City will be the major movers once the window gets underway, whenever that may be.

The experts in sports economics, according to 'AS', point out that these three clubs are in the best financial health and therefore, they can overcome this economic crisis and spend in the next window.
