It is the first commercialised product by 'Play It Art', a company founded by the agent Jacques Lichtenstein and PSG's Belgian international Thomas Meunier to bring together art and football.
The table football table in question was shown at the end of March in the Maison Degand, an exlusive shop in Brussels dedicated to men's clothing and after just six days in the shop, the first of 12 identical table football tables has been sold. The identity of the buyer has not yet come to light.
The metal table football men which play on the leather pitch include Cruyff, Di Stefano, Eusebio, Messi, Cannavaro, Zidane, Maldini, Cafu and Buffon.
The sculptor is now working on the creation of three copies of a similiar style table football table with the figures of the 22 players who started the 2010 World Cup final between Spain and Holland.
