3 members of Ajax coaching staff could have the coronavirus

The coronavirus has arrived at Ajax. Up to 3 members of the coaching staff of the Dutch side have contracted the coronavirus, according to 'Telegraaf' and other news outlets in the Netherlands.

Ten Haag's assistant, Christian Pulsen, the coach Alessandro Schoenmaker and one of the physios are the ones infected. They have been recommended not to leave their house until Friday 13th March as a preventive measure.

Ten Hag apparently informed the players of the news at training on Thursday, one day after Ajax's elimination from the Cup semifinals at the hands of Utrecht.

Ajax's spokesman, Miel Brinkhuis, subsequently confirmed the preventive measures, but not the positive for the virus: "It is true that there are three employees at home on a preventative basis"
