Spanish publication 'AS' reports that Isco, Benzema, Marcelo, Carvajal and Zidane are the five names in question and that barring any last-ditch problems, all the deals should go through smoothly.
The most difficult set of negotiations are believed to be those involving former Malaga man Isco. The playmaker's contract in the Spanish capital expires next summer and 'Los Blancos' are dreading talk of a potential exit. The Bernabeu faithful has a special bond with the player and Florentino is well aware of this.
Benzema's situation is very different, the Real fans have always had a love-hate relationship with the Frenchman. Nevertheless, the club are still keen to renew the player's contract untill 2021 or 2022.
Full-backs Marcelo and Carvjal are two vital components of Zidane's Real squad and are two of the first names on the teamsheet at the Barnabeu. As such their renewals are two of Perez's more pressing issues. The former is set to sign a deal that will keep him at the club until the age of 34, whilst the latter will commit to the club until 2022.
Last, but not least is Zidane. The head of Real's project and a man who understands perfectly the inner workings of the club. The Frenchman is believed to be in line to sign a new three-year contract that will see his salary increased considerably.
