The Italian international only signed his last deal last December, but following the explosion in transfer values, the £89m release clause that it included is now within the reach of pretty much all of Europe's top sides, causing Torino to prepare yet another new deal to keep him happy and ensure that his long-term future is in Turin.
Belotti has scored five goals in eight games so far this season, but it was last season when he announced himself to the world, scoring 28 goals in 38 games and becoming Italy's first-choice striker in the process.
That form attracted interest from the likes of Chelsea, United and domestic rivals AC Milan. The latter attempted to sign the 23-year-old in the summer but were unable to convince Torino to sell their star player.
Italian publication 'Tuttosport' reports that Belotti is now in line for yet another new deal, which will see him earn a £2.6m per year wage rise as well as a four per cent cut of the transfer fee should he be sold, forcing Chelsea and United to look elsewhere.
However, given the form of Alvaro Morata and Romelu Lukaku, the pair may have moved their sights away from another striker.
