Leciester City "are crying" over Kante departure, says Ranieri

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has claimed that Leicester were reduced to tears after selling N'Golo Kante to Chelsea, but says the Foxes will continue without the midfielder.

N'Golo Kante was one of Leicester's key figures as they historically won the Premier League last season. Claudio Ranieri has since revealed that the club shed a tear as the Frenchman left.

"Last season we lost Esteban Cambiasso and everybody was crying. Now we are crying because we lost Kante. But don't worry, football in Leicester will keep going".

Kante made 37 appearances in the Premier League last season and was named in the PFA Team of the Year thanks to his performances for Leicester.
