Kimmich, Alaba start at back for injury-hit Bayern

Bayern are the only foreign team to have beaten Juve in Turin in the past decade, winning 2-0 home and away on their way to lifting the Champions League trophy in 2013.

Juventus, last year's beaten finalists, will start with former Bayern star Mario Mandzukic leading their attack alongside Argentine star Paulo Dybala.

In the absence of injured defender Giorgio Chiellini, Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri has opted for a four-man defence with Leonardo Bonucci and Andrea Barzagli in the centre-back postitions.

Full backs Patrice Evra and Stephan Lichtsteiner will be expected to run the flanks providing service to wide men Paul Pogba and Juan Cuadrado, with Claudio Marchisio and Sami Khedira operating in the centre of midfield.
