Higuain becomes world's third most expensive player

Following the forward's move to Juventus, Higuain has entered the list of the most expensive transfers in history. 

The Italian champions have paid £75.3m for the Argentinian, a crazy amount for some people, a worthy figure for others. 

Napoli are now left without their star striker after Juventus activated the player's release clause. 

Real Madrid's Gareth Bale is top of the list after Madrid paid £85.3m for the Welshman back in 2013 who proved to be £5.3m more expensive than club team-mate Ronaldo.
