That's according to Bayern chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
Sanches joined the Bavarians last summer as one of the hottest young midfielders in world football but his stock has dropped significantly after a disappointing debut campaign in Germany.
The 19-year-old won the young player of the year award at Euro 2016 as well as the European Golden Boy award the same year, but he has openly admitted that he would like a move this summer given his lack of playing time with Bayern.
AC Milan have been heavily linked with a move for the player, though Rummenigge admitted in an interview with 'La Gazzetta Dello Sport' that Chelsea were also weighing up a move.
"There are at least 10 teams after Sanches," the German explained.
"Conte asked for some information about him after Tuesday's match because he knows he can make the difference on the pitch."
Though the former Germany international suggested that no decision on the Portuguese's future was imminent and that Bayern were unlikely to sanction a permanent move.
"Ancelotti was pleased with his performance against Chelsea so we can make some decisions on him later," he said.
"Almost certainly we'll let him leave just on loan, we still count on him."
At just 19, Sanches still has plenty of time to live up to his potential but will he do it at Chelsea?
