The Gunners' first half performance blew Conte's men away with attacking flair and took the lead through Alexis Sanchez in the 11th minute.
Gary Cahill won't want to see Arsenal's opener again, as the England defender dallied on the ball and was robbed by the Chilean who cooly dinked the ball over Courtois.
Arsenal's second came just three minutes later and was a typical Arsenal goal. Intricate passing just outside the Chelsea area preceeded a ball from Alex Iwobi who played in Hector Bellerin on the right who squared to Walcott who made no mistake with the finish.
Just before half-time, Arsenal found a third. Mesut Ozil broke from his own half and passed to Sanchez who then chipped the ball back to Ozil with the German volleying his effort past Courtois with the aid of the post.
The second half wasn't such an action-packed affair, with Arsenal conserving their lead and Chelsea visibly lacking confidence.
The Blues' best chance fell to Michy Batshuayi who went one-on-one with Petr Cech who kept the Belgian's effort out, preventing a grandstand finish at the Emirates.
