Who is Sergi Barjuan? New Barça coach likes his 4-3-3

Barcelona have finally changed manager. The defeat to Rayo Vallecano the final nail in the coffin for Koeman and Joan Laporta appointed Sergi Barjuan as Barcelona's interim manager. This comes as a golden opportunity for a coach that loves Barcelona's playing style. 

But how is Barjuan as a manager? Does he have any experience? Sergi Barjuan's game perfectly suits Barcelona. His game is based on controlling the ball possession and opening up spaces in the rival's defenses by having patience. 

His favorite formation is 4-3-3, but he has also used the 4-2-3-1 and the 4-4-2 on certain occasions. He likes to use two open wingers, however, all this may change once he is managing the first team. 

He has many coaching experiences for some important Spanish sides. He managed Recreativo Huelva, Almeria and Mallorca right after being in charge of Barcelona's youth team. After that, he went to China for an exotic experience ahead of Zhejiang Pro before going back home to manage Barcelona B.
