Stamford Bridge had an invited guest for the last match of the season. Timo Werner, who had already signed for the Blues, attended the match against Wolves for the first time since his transfer was announced.

Chelsea opened the doors of Stamford Bridge for the last time this season. The 2019-20 Premier League finished on Sunday and Chelsea were playing for a Champions League spot.

Timo Werner didn't want to miss this important match, one of the club's signing for 2020-21. The Blues already confirmed his signing for 55 million.

The 'Sky Sports' cameras captured Timo Werner at Stamford Bridge for the first time. He is still to be seen in a Chelsea shirt.

For now, the Chelsea fans will have to make do with enjoying the presence of Werner as a spectator.

The London side took the opportunity to send him a message through their social media: "Welcome to Stamford Bridge, Werner", Chelsea wrote.
