Wenger: You can't win anything with kids

Arsene Wenger told his club's official website that he believes a team needs old and experienced players. According to him, the players have to be between 23 and 30 years old in order to performance well.

He admitted there are always some exceptions like Hecotr Bellero, 21, and Alex Iwombi, 20, but he believes in general "the core of the team has to be from 23 to 30".

He continued: "If you look at the national teams, you never win a tournament with a young team, because it's more mental at some stage to win something big.

"You need to have a certain level of experience," he said.
